This program allows sellers to store their products in Walmart’s fulfillment centers, from where Walmart handles the picking, packing, shipping, and customer service for those orders.

Our Step By Step Process:
Onboarding and Setup:
- First of all if you don’t have walmart seller account then we will create the store for you. Sellers enroll in WFS by applying through Walmart Marketplace. After enrollment, we will integrate product listings with Walmart’s system and set up inventory for fulfillment.
inventory Management:
- We will do product research, will upload product, for many listing we will include details such as descriptions, pricing, and images, to the Walmart Marketplace
Shipping Inventory:
- We will do the shipment of your product from prep center to Walmart Fulfillment Center. Walmart provides instructions for packing and shipping to ensure products are received correctly.
Storage and Warehousing:
- Once received, Walmart stores the products in their fulfillment centers. The inventory is managed and maintained by Walmart, ensuring it’s available for order fulfillment.
Order Fulfillment:
- When customers place orders for products that are fulfilled by WFS, Walmart handles the entire fulfillment process. This includes picking the products from the shelves, packing them, and shipping them to the customers.
Shipping and Delivery:
- Walmart manages the shipping logistics, including selecting the carrier and providing tracking information. The goal is to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
Customer Service:
- Walmart provides customer service for orders fulfilled through WFS, addressing customer inquiries, handling returns, and managing any issues that arise.
WFS helps sellers scale their business by leveraging Walmart’s logistics capabilities, allowing them to focus on growing their product offerings and managing their brand while Walmart handles the operational aspects of order fulfillment.
Returns Management:
- Walmart processes returns according to their policies. Returned items are either restocked or sent back to the seller, depending on the condition of the products.
