2 Steps/3PL Dropshipping Process

We are not doing the typical dropshipping what we used to do 2/3 years ago. We are doing proper FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant).

After doing the product research we list the product to our store and we purchase the product.

After purchasing the item we send those products to our integrated warehouse. Our warehouse keeps those items and when we receive any new order then they repack the item and send it to our amazon customer with a amazon accepted shipping carrier.

Manage Inventory

  • Stock Management: Keep track of inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
  • Update Listings: Reflect any changes in stock or product details in your Amazon listings.

Order Fulfillment

  • Receive Orders: Monitor and manage incoming orders through Amazon Seller Central.
  • Process Orders: Forward orders to your supplier for fulfillment or handle the packing and shipping yourself if inventory is stored in-house.

No More Amazon Store Suspention!

Previously Amazon Dropshipping stores got suspended because of mainly two reasons. Tracking Rate (Valid Tracking Rate) and customer used to receive product in supplier box. So with the 2 Steps/3PL dropshipping process we remove all this two account suspension reason.

Now we are changing the retailer box in our integrated warehouse so customer complain is gone and when warehouse sending those product to our customer then we are sending with a valid tracking.

So because of this two reason” No More Account Suspension”

Customer Service

  • Respond to Inquiries: Address customer questions and concerns promptly.
  • Handle Returns: Manage returns and refunds according to Amazon’s policies and supplier terms.
  • Gather Feedback: Collect and review customer feedback to improve your product offerings and service.
  • Track Shipments: Provide tracking information to customers and ensure timely delivery.

How we can work?

1) If you already have A Amazon store then we will do the Onboarding with our warehouse and will do others setup.

2) If you don’t have Amazon store then we will create the Amazon store for you and do the others setup. We can call it “Onboarding Process”

3) For this “Onboarding Process” process we charge a fix price. This fix price is very low comparing to others company. We can discuss the price.

4) For full store management we can work as “Profit Share”. We can discuss the Profit share percentage too.

5) First three month will be the store building process. In this three month our target will be to keep the stores health safe. We need to grow the store. Profit will come too.
